Still, there are things you can do to increase your chances of becoming pregnant every month. You can consume healthily, track your cycle, take prenatal vitamins, and maybe for good measure, take tips from old wives tales. Sometimes what you do not do is just as important. Smoking

Excessive caffeine

Too much alcohol

Being a couch potato

  1. Doctors suggest that adults should get 150 minutes of moderate exercise every week for overall health. If you are not hitting that target, step up your habit.
  2. Research shows that women who perform moderate exercise (where you are breathing hard but can still talk) may conceive more swiftly than those who do not. However, too much exercise is not a good option.
  3. Begin slowly and raise your intensity and pace gradually. You may park your car far from the store. Get some steps in and use the stairs rather than an elevator.
  4. Find a sport or different physical activity that you are interested in and that you wish to do. You will have a greater chance of sticking to it if you do not feel forced into it.

Extreme exercise

Exercise can potentially decrease the amount of time needed to conceive, it is best not to do too much exercise. A study that suggests moderate exercise requires less time to conceive. Still, it is found that over-exercising and high-intensity workouts can cause a longer time to conceive. One explainable reason is that too much exercise can cause severe weight loss and hormonal shifts. This can lead to irregular or missed periods.

Junk food

We cannot conclude that certain foods, supplements, or diet can make you more fertile. Still, there is evidence that women with infertility due to irregular periods can benefit from decreasing their consumption of sugar and processed foods.

You should also increase your consumption of vegetables, healthy fats, fruits, and plant-based proteins for a healthy pregnancy. 

Studies suggest that less fruit and more fast-food consumption can contribute to longer pregnancy time. A balanced diet can not only help you in keeping your weight in check, but it can also assist to maintain your insulin levels. These factors contribute to raising your pregnancy chances.

Reduce Stress

Low-stress levels may make it easier to get pregnant. Ensure you have plenty of relaxation and rest. Speak with your doctor or midwife for relaxation techniques and methods to decrease stress in your life. These tips can come in handy during and after your pregnancy.
